We specialize in mantel mirrors designed to complement a variety of home interiors.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the United States.
3. What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via FedEx.
4. How long does shipping take?
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Delivery time: 5–15 business days after shipment
5. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
6. Do I need to pay taxes?
No additional taxes are charged at checkout.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal only.
8. When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are processed the same day. Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
10. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging, including all accessories and parts
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible
11. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
12. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
13. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
