Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Items must be in original packaging, including all accessories and parts
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
• Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not eligible

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to request a Return Label.
You will need to download and print the Return Label provided. We will also provide the return shipping address.

Once your return is approved, please send the item back using the provided instructions.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund processing time is 10–15 business days.

Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged.

Shipping Costs for Returns
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping cost.
For other return reasons (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
